Mod Fix Double Email CFW C6

There's a bug in the C6 firmware where the Options>Create Message in the Messaging application showed two options for E-Mail.
This has now been fixed.

The files responsible for Messaging lag: Mce.exe & MceLogEng.dll.. Replacing only one of these files won't work.. The files MceSettings.dll & MceSettingsGSPlugin.dll are responsible for the Send function so retaining those files and replacing the first two will fix the problem..

Note:

Uses 5800 v51 messaging files.. for 5530 users, please use the same files from your original firmwares as found on the Zip file. I don't have 5530 therefore i can't test it.. thanks!
